Alternative Care Arrangements
Next Step’s therapeutic Alternate Care Arrangements (ACA) team is able to support young people in ‘crisis’ utilising a strength based framework of engagement. The team at Next Step Community Services works in partnership with the Department of Communities and Justice or designated agency to provide support.

Outreach
Our Triple M Program caters for young people aged 12-18 within the Central Coast who are vulnerable or at-risk due to mental health issues, disabilities, homelessness, substance abuse, barriers to employment and limited community support. The program engages youth through Mentoring, Casework and Case Management approaches through a strength based model. These issues will be addressed through the perspective of "Me, My family, My Community" (Triple M).

Next Step strives to deliver quality support services that are responsive, flexible and inclusive, with the aim of creating opportunities for self-determination and empowerment of individuals to live the life they choose.

Servicing New South Wales, Next Step also partners with Local Government and Non-Government agencies to assist young people with crisis support in temporary care arrangements. Next Step provides 24/7 direct care and provide essential resources and tools to equip them in their life's journey.
